Where is Your Educational Institution on Racial Equity?

Racial equity in our education institutions cannot be achieved until all who work in the systems are conscious of and able to counter the impact of systemic inequities. Doing so requires acknowledging that different groups are situated differently, and that targeted, intentional approaches are needed to reach equitable outcomes.
